What’s been happening:

After leaving PSU I moved to Boston where I was a Conference Dining Catering Manager with Restaurant Associates at Harvard Business School. I was able to meet some of the most influential members of the business community, including Dr. Michael Porter, whose works I had studied extensively in the Smeal Program. After three years at HBS I was presented with the opportunity to move back to Pennsylvania and work as the Director of Catering with Parkhurst Dining at Arcadia University.
